Karasu (Crow in Japanese) is a Mom & Pop Okonomiyaki (Japanese savoury pancake) joint in East Vancouver. It combines the owners’ love of local crows with Osaka’s vibrant and chaotic personality.
A scrappy and soulful combination of a flour batter, shredded cabbage and almost any topping you want (Osakans prefer pork belly slices) , Okonomiyaki is best served piping hot and shared with friends.
